Dear Saints,
The Blessings of the Lord
maketh fat. (Not physically)
Remember
how that the I.R.S. originally wanted $14,000. from me and the I.R.S. appeals
officer reversed it back down to zero.
A month ago I received the final written conclusion from the appeals
officer and she, using the auditor’s faulty numbers, concluded that the I.R.S.
actually owes me a couple of hundred dollars.
Praise the Lord!!!!! It is just
enough to cover my expenses for traveling to and from Evansville those four
times for the three audits and one appeal.
Are
you ready for this next one, the Virginia Tech case has been won!! The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has
reversed the District Courts decision and has even awarded my attorney $5,000.
for expenses. I am currently in negotiation with Virginia
Tech about preaching there in April without sponsor. There
are still a few technicalities to be worked out yet so keep on praying.
My attorney Patrick Wiseman lives in Austin, Texas
where the University of Texas is located.
The University of Texas has always kicked me off their campus for not
having a sponsor. So I went to U.T. to
preach last week so that they would kick me off campus. They did, so my attorney and I are in the
early stages of trying to crack open U.T. Austin.
I Thank the lord that my most long awaited prayer is
being answered, that is, to legally push the devil back and allow the gospel to
have free course on the campuses.
The Lord is blessing in every way imaginable
especially with finances. We are
getting ever so close to being able to purchase another trailer.
We thank you for your love and payers.
